Rental Procedures, Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in one of our rentals. We understand the value of satisfied customers and count on their referrals and their future business, and there for will do our best to make your stay with us a pleasant one.
Reserving our rentals
Contact us with your request by e-mail or by phone 7 days a week.
Payment
For rentals up to 30 days: full payment is required to guarantee the dates and is due at time of confirmation of availability. For rentals of 31 days or more: a deposit equal to 50% of the booking is required to guarantee the dates, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival's date. All rates are in $U.S. and include taxes.
We accept credit card payments, Pay Pal payments (with your credit card or checking account), and checks (if received 30 days prior to arrival date), money-orders, cashier’s-checks, and cash. Western Union and bank transfers can be arranged upon request. A delay in payments may result in a booking cancellation.
A confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you.
Rental Agreement (“Contract”)
The Rental Agreement will be signed upon arrival at check in. It is your responsibility to review the contract prior to making a payment. Government-issued ID and the credit card used must be presented at check in.
Cleaning Services
A one time standard cleaning service fee will be charged for all rentals. Cleaning fee is provided twice a week for the duration of your stay.
Check In/Out
Check-in time is 3pm or later. Check-out time is 11am. Instructions for check-in will be e-mailed with your confirmation. Airport transfers are available, and if you book a transfer from the airport the driver will check you in.
Cancellations and Changes policy for all rentals
Prior to 60 days of arrival’s date, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking amount will be charged. Within 60 days prior to arrival’s date the following penalties will apply:
31-60 days: 50% of the total rent amount
14-30 days: 75% of the total rent amount
1 -13 days: 90% of the total rent amount
No refunds for No-show or early check out.
Cancellation is defined as a change to the arrival’s date, a reduction to the number of days, and/or termi-nation of the entire rental. All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation and change charges are assessed for the costs of managing your rental arrangements and the risk we may not be able to sell this unit to someone else. Any cancellation refunds you are entitled to will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation.
Responsibility
The owners and/or PVR shall not be held liable for loss or damage or injury to property, or injury to person, caused by reason of any defect or negligence. Owners reserve the right to withdraw any unit availability at any time and to make such changes and alterations as may be found necessary, and are not liable for any claim of whatsoever nature arising out of, or in connection with, rental service or features, or otherwise, performed or occurring in connection with these rentals, except with their obligation to warrant appropriate refunds under the terms & conditions contained in this document.
Limitation of Liability
By booking with us you acknowledge that in any event we will not be liable for any consequential damages and the extent of our liability shall never exceed the amount you actually paid for the rental.
Payment for a reservation constitutes consent to all terms, conditions and general information contained in this document and on our website.
